Höegh increases service to Auckland, NZ

13 January 2016

From 1st of February 2016 we will increase our sailing to Auckland, New Zealand on our Europe to Africa and Oceania service. From this date our customers can enjoy two vessel calls per month in to Auckland on the trade.

The additional port call comes as a response to increasing market demand. Over the next years, imports to Oceania of new light vehicles is expected to grow steadily and in 2015 the market saw almost 4 per cent growth. This positive development is, in part, supported by the solid performance of New Zealand.

Apart from two direct calls per month to Auckland, Höegh Autoliners can offer services to Lyttleton and Wellington in New Zealand through reliable transhipment.
