Andreas Enger presents his management team

Today, Andreas Enger takes over as CEO. With his appointment,  we would like to announce the following changes in the management team effective today.  

We are pleased to announce that Oskar Orstadius has been appointed Chief of Sales. He will replace Thomas Ramdahl who recently resigned to take up a “once in a lifetime” opportunity in a start-up outside the company.   

Andreas Enger, CEO of Höegh Autoliners, comments:    
“We are fortunate to have talent that we can promote internally and are delighted that Oskar has accepted the position as Chief of Sales. Oskar's operational and commercial experience and knowledge will be a valued asset to the strong leadership team.”

During his leadership he expanded our commercial portfolio and brought his commercial experience to develop our global sales team. We wish him the best of success in his new endeavour.”  

During Andreas’ transition, he has seen an opportunity to further strengthen the organisation. On this basis, we are pleased to also announce Lise Duetoft as interim Chief Strategy and Analytics Officer, which is a new role in the leadership team. Lise has been an investment director at Høegh Capital Partners and this move builds on eight years of close collaboration between the company and its shareholders.

The previously announced appointment of Per Øivind Rosmo as CFO is also effective today.

About Lise Duetoft:   
Prior to joining Höegh Capital Partners, Lise held senior leadership roles in strategy, M&A and commercial development at European technology company Computacenter. Earlier in her career, Lise worked for McKinsey & Co as an Engagement Manager.      

Lise brings with her more than 20 years of experience in business through a career focused on advising companies on corporate strategy, strategic investments, alliance opportunities and global M&A activity.   

Lise holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in International Business Administration and Modern Languages from Copenhagen Business School. She has also attended MBA and Corporate Finance programmes at Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Chicago and at London Business School.  

About Oskar Orstadius:   
Oskar Orstadius joined Höegh Autoliners in 2012 as Head of Global Port and Cargo Operation. In 2014, he transferred to the commercial department as Head of Breakbulk and expanded our breakbulk portfolio. In 2018 he moved to Tokyo, Japan as Head of Asia to lead the teams In the South-East and East Asia region.  

Oskar is educated as a Master Mariner at the Merchant Marine Academy in Kalmar, Sweden. Earlier in his career he served as an officer on board PCTC and Deepsea RoRo vessels. After his active career at sea, Oskar continued working within the PCTC industry in various operational roles including five years in Germany.
