The Norwegian International Ship Register (NIS) registered car carrier “Höegh St. Petersburg” has, since the 18th March been asked twice by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) to assist in the search for the missing Malaysia Airlines 370 in the Southern Indian Ocean.
