Application for transfer of listing from Euronext Growth to the Oslo Stock Exchange

Reference is made to the announcement on 14 March 2022, whereby Oslo Børs announced that it had received an application from Höegh Autoliners ASA for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange by a transfer of the Company's current trading on Euronext Growth to the main list of the Oslo Stock Exchange.
