East Asia to Africa

With two sailings a month, the East Asia to Africa trade caters for shipments from Japan, Korea, China and Singapore to destinations in South and East Africa. A synchronised connection in Durban connects to the Indian Ocean Islands and West Africa. Durban also offers our customers transhipment possibilities to the Caribbean and Americas.

East Asia to Europe

Höegh Autoliners has been one of the pioneer carriers from East Asia to Europe, a trade which covers Japan, Korea and China with discharge in the Red Sea, Mediterranean, North Africa, United Kingdom and Continental Europe. In Europe, we can furthermore offer an extensive network of ports on transhipment or inducement basis.

East Asia to North America and the Caribbean

Höegh Autoliners offers a fortnightly service in this system and caters for shipments to the US Gulf and East Coast, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Caribbean ports are served via a dedicated hub in Jamaica with cargo shipped to their final destination by a dedicated feeder vessel. Solutions from Southeast Asia, Oceania and India can be offered on transhipment basis. Höegh Autoliners is also able to organise inland transport in the US.

East Asia to South America

Höegh Autoliners has served the East Asia to South America trade for almost two decades and can currently offers a monthly service to the main ports on the West Coast of South America. In addition solutions from Southeast Asia, Oceania and India can be offered on transhipment basis.

Europe to Africa, the Indian Ocean and Oceania

Höegh Autoliners is a dominant player in the trade between Europe, South Africa and Australia, where we call at the main ports with an average frequency of three sailings a month. To South Africa we call Durban three times a month and to the Indian Ocean we are a strong partner for our customers with direct calls to Madagascar, Reunion and Mauritius. The Indian Ocean destinations are served on a monthly basis with the exception of Port Réunion, which is served twice per month. Furthermore we can offer our customers two monthly East Africa sailings with transhipment in Durban.

Europe to the Caribbean and the Americas

This trade covers the major Caribbean markets as well as Mexico and the US East Coast with two monthly sailings from Europe. Furthermore we serve a variety of smaller Caribbean and Latin American destinations via transhipment on our dedicated Caribbean short sea service. Destinations not covered in the regular schedule are evaluated on inducement basis.

Europe to the Middle East and India

The Europe to the Middle East and India trade combines main load ports in Europe with destinations in the Red Sea, Arabian Gulf and India, with Jeddah and Jebel Ali as main transhipment ports. Jeddah connects with our extensive network of services to destinations in the Red Sea including Port Sudan, Djibouti and Hodeidah. Jebel Ali offers our customers connections to Iraq, Pakistan and Malaysia.

Europe to Southeast Asia and Japan

The Europe to Southeast Asia and Japan trade combines main load ports in Europe with destinations to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia and Japan. We offer service to several smaller Southeast Asia destinations via Singapore. With the extensive Höegh network, we can furthermore offer shipment out of several Mediterranean ports to said destinations.

India to North Africa and Europe

The India to Europe trade covers the Middle East and India with destinations in the Red Sea, Mediterranean, North Africa and Europe. In the Mediterranean and Europe, we can furthermore offer an extensive network of ports on transhipment or inducement basis.

Middle East, India and Africa to the Americas

This trade was launched in July 2009 and connects the Middle East and India with East, South and West Africa, Mexico and the US. Through transhipment in Maputo, Durban and Dakar we connect to East and West Africa, Indian Ocean Islands and Oceania with minimum waiting time due to a synchronised connection within our trade network. We also offer a range of destinations in the Caribbean and South America via transhipment in Pointe-á-Pitre. Höegh Autoliners currently offers a monthly service in this trade.

North America to Europe, Africa and Oceania

This trade connects Höegh Autoliners’ main Caribbean load ports with our load ports in North America; Veracruz and Altamira (Mexico), Jacksonville and Baltimore (USA). Discharge ports in Europe are Antwerp (Belgium), Bremerhaven (Germany) and Le Havre (France). All main ports on the trade are served twice per month. In Tangier we connect to South Africa, Oceania and a number of other ports through transhipment service either on our own or external tonnage.

North America to the Middle East, East Africa and Asia

Höegh Autoliners has an expansive sailing schedule between North America, Mediterranean, the Middle East, East Africa and Asia where we serve the main ports four times per month. On the east coast of North America, we cover the area from Veracruz (Mexico) in the south to New York (USA) in the north. Our port coverage in the Middle East is extensive. In Asia, we serve China, India, Singapore, Japan and South Korea directly. We offer an extensive network of transhipment destinations via Singapore.
