Computer settings

To prepare your computer to access the Terminal System site, please perform the steps below and  download and run the Vintelligent_Prep attachment.

  • Add hoegh.vintelligent.com to the 'Trusted Sites' security zone in Internet Explorer.
  • Allow ActiveX scriptlets within the 'Trusted Sites' security zone in IE
  • Disable Internet Explorer's built-in pop-up blocker for hoegh.vintelligent.com


You do not need to re-start your PC but you will need to close all web browser sessions for the settings to take effect.
