Höegh Autoliners is seeking a Sales Manager to cover regional sales based in Bedminster, New Jersey. The Sales Manager is responsible for sales activities across a range of segments. The Sales Manager will support the relevant sales organisation in the drive to identify new business, structure sales initiatives and will be responsible for the mapping of new business.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for tenders and contract negotiations

- Support in developing the commercial strategy locally

- Support the development and maintenance of the commodity strategies and account plans

- Support a global structured sales approach

- Support the branding of the company and the service delivery to customers

Qualifications/Experience: 

- Preferably a good network and experience from a similar position

- Degree in Economics/Marketing/Sales studies and/or extensive experience within the field of Sales

- Knowledge of local market and commercial conditions

Personal qualities: 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- Ability to drive change – take initiative, conclude and execute

- High personal integrity

- Structured and organised with a strong attention to detail

- Strong ability to inspire and motivate people
