Breakbulk Sales Manager

Höegh Autoliners is seeking a Breakbulk Sales Manager for the US. The Breakbulk Sales Manager is responsible for sales activities related to breakbulk and project cargo. The Breakbulk Sales Manager will support the relevant sales organisation (global/regional/local) in the drive to identify new business, structure breakbulk sales initiatives and responsible for the mapping of new business within the segment.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for Breakbulk Tenders
  • Support in developing the commercial breakbulk strategy
  • Support the development and maintenance of the commodity strategies and breakbulk account plans
  • Support a global structured breakbulk sales approach
  • Support the branding of the company and the service delivery to customers

 

Qualification

  •  Preferably a good network and experience from the breakbulk segment

 

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to drive change – take initiative, conclude and execute
  • High personal integrity
  • Structured and organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to inspire and motivate people
