CEO

Ingar Skiaker has held various commercial and operational positions in HUAL/Höegh Autoliners starting in 1981. For a 10 year period up to 2004 he worked within other industries and as a management consultant. He has been in charge of Capacity Management since 2006 and been a member of the top management group since 2007. In 2009 Ingar Skiaker was appointed Head of Region Americas. In April 2011 Ingar Skiaker became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and was based in Oslo.

COO

Øyvind Ervik joined Höegh-Ugland Autoliners in 1984. He was stationed in the Middle East from 1987 until 1990. He became SVP Commercial for Höegh Lines' container/break bulk service in 1997. He rejoined Höegh Autoliners in 2000, and has held various positions before being appointed SVP Commercial and member of top management group in 2008. In 2009 Ervik was appointed Head of Region East Asia. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Oslo Business School.


Sebjørn Dahl
CHRO/Head of Ship Management

Sebjørn Dahl joined Leif Höegh & Co in 1992. In 1996 he was appointed Vice President of Safety & Quality and Fleet Personnel. He was stationed in East Asia from 1998 to 2000 where he was responsible for the establishment of Höegh offices in Manila, Philippines and Quanzhou, China. He was involved in various ship management activities before he was appointed Executive Vice President for Höegh Fleet Services in 2004. In April 2011, Sebjørn Dahl was appointed Chief HR Officer and a member of top management in Höegh Autoliners. In combination with this role, he was appointed President of Höegh Fleet Services in August 2011. Sebjørn is educated at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and London Business School.

CFO

Roar Flom was employed by Leif Höegh & Co ASA (LHC) in 1989. In 1993 he became the Financ fe8 e Director of Bona Shipholding Ltd., a stocklisted company in which LHC held a controlling interest. He moved back to LHC in 1999, was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2000 and is member of the top managment group in Höegh Autoliners.

Head of Region East Asia

Geir joined HUAL (Höegh) in 1980. He has since worked in many functions such as operation, traffic, commercial and as an owners representative. (In Middle East, Korea and France, 2,5 years in each location). During his stay in France he was involved in European Short Sea (CETAM) and he was instrumental in securing the Airbus contract. In 2003 Geir started as responsible for Chartering & Fleet Scheduling. He started as Head of Capacity Management in March 2010.

Head of Region South Asia, Oceania, Middle East & Africa

Per Folkesson has been employed in Höegh Autoliners since 1994 and held several positions within Oslo headquarters. In 1999 he was appointed General Manager for the Middle East & Indian Sub Continent and in 2003 Managing Director for Höegh Autoliners (Pty) Ltd being responsible for Sub Saharan Africa and Indian Ocean. In 2009 Per Folkesson was appointed Head of Region South Asia, Oceania, Middle East & Africa. He is member of the top management group. Per Folkesson began his career at sea sailing in various shipping companies and later graduated as Master in Nautical Science. He also spent several years working in the Ultramar group of companies in South America as VP Operations.

Head of Region Europe

Trond Sjursen first joined Höegh in 1989. He has held various operational and commercial positions in HUAL and Höegh Lines until he left in 2000 when he was VP for Transatlantic and US Outbound trades. Until he rejoined Höegh Autoliners Jan 1st 2009 his last positions were as VP Global Commercial in WWL and as Managing Director for Eukor Car Carriers Europe in Frankfurt. Mr Sjursen holds a business degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Mr Sjursen was appointed Head of Region Europe in March 2009.

Steinar Løvdal
Head of Region Americas and President of Höegh Autoliners Inc.
Steinar Løvdal has been with Höegh since 1998, in various positions including a period in Shanghai, China and most recently as responsible for Höegh Autliners' commercial activities in Europe. As of 1 April 2011 he was appointed President of Höegh Autoliners Inc., based in Jericho, New York. Mr Løvdal holds a busine fe8 ss degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Bus. Adm. (NHH).
