Ingar Skiaker
CEO

Ingar Skiaker joined Höegh in 1981 and has held various commercial and operational positions in the company. For a 10 year period he worked with other industries, before he rejoined Höegh in 2003. In 2006 he took the position as Head of Capacity Management and has been a member of the top management group since 2007. Mr Skiaker was appointed Head of Region Americas in 2009 and was based in New York until April 2011 when he took the position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and moved back to Oslo. In November 2011, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr Skiaker holds a degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and a degree in Business Administration from Østfold Regional University.

Roar Flom
CFO

Roar Flom joined Höegh in 1989 as Senior Financial Consultant. He held the position as Finance Manager from 1990 to 1993 when he took the position as Finance Director of Bona Shipholding Ltd, a stocklisted company where Höegh held a controlling interest. Mr Flom rejoined Höegh in 1999 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2000, the same year he became a member of the top management group. Mr Flom holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Sebjørn Dahl
CHRO/Head of Ship Management

Sebjørn Dahl joined Höegh in 1992. In 1996 he was appointed Vice President of Safety & Quality and Fleet Personnel. He was stationed in East Asia from 1998 where he was responsible for the establishment of Höegh offices in Manila, Philippines and Quanzhou, China. Mr Dahl was appointed Executive Vice President in HFS in 2003 and in April 2011 he was appointed Chief HR Officer. In combination with this role Mr Dahl was appointed President of HFS in August the same year. He has been a member of the top management group since 2011. Mr Dahl is educated at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and London Business School.

Øyvind Ervik
Head of Short Sea and Logistics

Øyvind Ervik joined Höegh in 1984. He was stationed in the Middle East from 1987 to 1990 and has held various positions in the company over the years. Mr Ervik was appointed Head of Region East Asia in 2009 and after two years in Tokyo, he took the position as Head of Capacity Management. Mr Ervik has been a member of the top management group since 2008. In November 2013, he was appointed Head of Short Sea and Logistics. Mr Ervik holds a degree in Business Administration from Oslo Business School.

Geir M. Berger
Head of Region East Asia

Geir Berger joined Höegh in 1980 and has held various positions in the company. He has been owner’s representative in the Middle East, Korea and France. In 2003, Mr Berger became responsible for Chartering & Fleet Scheduling. In March 2010 he was appointed Head of Capacity Management and became a member of the top management group. Mr Berger took the position as Head of Region East Asia in July 2011 and is currently based in Tokyo.

Per Folkesson
Head of Region Americas and President of Höegh Autoliners Inc.

Per Folkesson joined Höegh in 1994 as Port Captain and held various positions in the company before he was appointed General Manager for the Middle East & Indian Sub-Continent in 1999. In 2003 he was appointed Managing Director of Höegh Autoliners (Pty) Ltd being responsible for Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean.  In 2009 Mr Folkesson took the position as Head of Region South Asia and Africa and became a member of the top management group. In October 2013, he was appointed Head of Region Americas and President of Höegh Autoliners Inc. and is currently based in Jacksonville, USA. Mr Folkesson is graduated as Master in Nautical Science and joined the Leadership Excellence (LEAP) at INSEAD Singapore in 2013.

Trond Sjursen
Head of Region Europe and Oceania

Trond Sjursen joined Höegh in 1989 as Operation Manager. He held various operational and commercial positions in the company until he left in 2000. Until he rejoined Höegh in January 2009, his last positions were as VP Global Commercial in WWL and Managing Director in Eukor Car Carriers Europe in Frankfurt. He was appointed Head of Region Europe in March 2009 and became a member of the top management group. Mr Sjursen holds a business degree from Loyola University of Chicago.

Tore Listad
Head of Region South Asia and Africa

Tore Listad joined Höegh in 2003 as Agency Manager. He held various positions in the company until he was appointed Head of South America in 2009 being responsible for the activities in the Caribbean/South Americas and was based out of Panama. In October 2013, he was appointed Head of Region South Asia and Africa and became a member of the top management group. He is currently based in Dubai. Mr Listad holds a degree in Engineering in Transportation & Logistics from Trondheim College.

Steinar Lovdal
Head of Capacity Management 

Steinar Løvdal joined Höegh in 1998. He has held various positions in the company including a period in Shanghai China In 2011 he was appointed Head of Region Americas and President of Höegh Autoliners Inc. and became a member of the top management group, residing in New York. In November 2013, he was appointed Head of Capacity Management and relocated to Oslo. Mr Løvdal holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Cathrine Kristiseter Marti
Head of Planning & Strategy

Cathrine Marti joined Höegh in 2006. From 2006 to 2011 she held various positions within the Finance department, and was appointed Head of Finance in 2009. In 2011 she was appointed Head of Planning & Strategy. She has been a member of the top management group since January 2014. Ms Marti holds a Master’s degree in economics jointly from McGill University, Montreal and Universitè des Sciences Sociales, Toulouse.
