Leif O. Høegh serves as Chairman of Höegh Autoliners and Deputy Chairman of Höegh LNG. He is a Director of Höegh Capital Partners and Höegh Eiendom. In addition he is a non-executive Director of life science investment group NeoMed Management, Swedish freight railway Hector Rail and marine mutual Norwegian Hull Club. He is also a member of the corporate assembly of Det Norske Oljeselskap. From 2000 – 2005 he served as a Director of NYSE listed Teekay Shipping. Up to 2013, he was a member of the shareholders assembly of DnB, Norway's largest bank.Earlier, Leif O. Høegh worked for McKinsey & Company and the Royal Bank of Canada Group. A Norwegian national, he holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 
 
Morten W. Høegh

Morten W. Høegh serves as Chairman of Höegh LNG and a Director of Höegh Autoliners. He is a Partner of Höegh Capital Partners, Chairman of Höegh Eiendom AS and a Director of Hector Rail AB, and serves as a member of the Board of the Gard P&I Club. From 1998 to 2000 he worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London. Morten W. Høegh holds an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering and Master of Science in Ocean Systems Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A Norwegian national, he is a graduate of the Military Russian Program at the Norwegian Defence Intelligence and Security School.

 
   
  Hanne B. Sørensen

Hanne B. Sørensen serves as deputy Chairman of Höegh. She was appointed CEO of Maersk Tankers in February 2012. She comes from a position as Chief Commercial Officer in Maersk Line from 2008 to 2012 and has been with A.P. Moller Maersk since 1994 where she joined as an economist. From 1997 to 2002, Hanne held various CFO positions for Maersk Line in India, Italy and Singapore. From 2002 to 2006, she was Global Programme Director for the implementation of the SAP-based financial system in Maersk Line. In 2006, she was promoted to Group Vice President and Maersk Line Area Manager for the Eastern Mediterranean Region with base in Genoa until she was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in Maersk Line in 2008. Hanne holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark.

Martin Fruergaard
Martin Fruergaard serves as a Director of Höegh. He has been with A.P. Moller - Maersk since 1989 and serves today as Chief Commercial Officer of Maersk Drilling. A Danish national, he holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and he is Chairman of Nadiro A/S.

Martine Vice Holter serves as a Director of Höegh Autoliners Holdings AS since June 2011. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Höegh Capital Partners (HCP), a family investment office co-located in London and Oslo which oversees all of the investment interests of the Höegh family. Martine has worked with HCP since 2004. Prior to HCP, she was Chief Operating Officer of Arts Alliance Advisors, a division of HCP as well as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. She has also held positions in Goldman Sachs’s New York and Hong Kong Office. Martine received her MBA from INSEAD and her BA Honours in Economics and Political Science from Queen’s University (Canada).

Jon Erik Reinhardsen serves as Director of Höegh. In 2008 he became CEO of Petroleum Geo-Services ASA. In 2005 he joined Alcoa Primary Metals in New York as President Global Primary Growth, responsible for all major investments in smelters, refineries and mines within Alcoa worldwide. Before joining Alcoa, Reinhardsen held various leading positions in Aker Kværner ASA (now Aker Solutions ASA). His last position was as Group Executive Vice President, Head of Houston Dual Headquarters. Reinhardsen holds a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics/Geophysics from the University of Bergen, Norway and has participated in the International Executive Program at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1991.

Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg
Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg serves as a Director of Höegh. He is the owner of Weco Invest A/S, an investment company working out of Copenhagen. Previously he was a partner in the corporate finance boutique Capitellum and prior to this held various positions in the Danish shipping company Dannebrog Rederi. He has also been a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg holds a MBA from INSEAD, France and a BA in economics from Stanford University.

Henrik Kvist-Jacobsen has been with A.P. Moller - Maersk since 1988 and serves as CFO in Maersk Tankers in Copenhagen. Henrik Kvist-Jacobsen has experience from different businesses in A.P. Moller - Maersk, hereunder Maersk Line, Damco, APM Terminals and Maersk Drilling/FPSO, and have worked in finance positions in Denmark as well as abroad in Taiwan and Egypt. A Danish national, he holds an Graduate Diploma in Business Administration - Financial and Management Accounting.
 
Carl-Johan Hagman Carl-Johan Hagman
Carl-Johan Hagman was elected to the board of Höegh Autoliners after his resignation as CEO of the company in August 2011. Carl-Johan joined the company as CEO in November 2008 after having served many years as Chairman and CEO of Eukor Car Carriers in Seoul, Korea and a short period as CEO of Rederi AB Transatlantic in Sweden. Carl-Johan has held various positions within the Wallenius group. He is currently CEO of Shipping, Ferries and Offshore of Stena AB in Gothenburg. Carl-Johan holds an LL.M from Lund University of Lund, Sweden.
